French Pastries

Found on the web - a collection of delectable and pretty french pastries. This is more of a tease. And I am so totally hungry now.

Wearble Food

And again with the food. I swear, I have some sort of an undiagnosed "thing" with food.

South Korean artist Sung Yeon Ju apparently has two passions - fashion design and food. combining the two,she creates unforgettable bouquet of colors and form. Unfortunately, these pieces are not wearable.

Mini-food rings

This is an ideal gift for any miniature foods enthusiast. These darling rings are both jewelry and pieces of art - so meticulously crafted, so pretty. Please visit the artist, Sofia, at her Etsy shop.
Her creations are not only one-of-a kind, but are also reasonably priced. I am in love!

The cakes (are not a lie)

Long time no see, my friends. This issue of the W'd I would like to kick off with a gallery of some amazing cakes from "runet".

Food decoration art, Part 1

A good meal is a decoration in itself, but sometimes, when you want to make your party or dinner, or even an every-day meal unforgettable, there are ways to pretty it up even further.

Found this HUGE compendium of various ways of making art out of food. The site is in Russian, but no fear, many instructions are well-photographed and are pretty self-explanatory. Definitely a great read for ideas!

Here are some of them here.
